Reigning by Prayer

Reigning by Prayer Text: Revelation 5:12 – “Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.” 1. Our Default Setting as Believers Prayer = Communion with God Prayer = Communication with the Father Prayer = Intercourse between heaven and earth Prayer is first for relationship, not just requests. But it’s the name of Jesus in prayer that gives us acces to the throne room where the Father dwells. Philippians 2:10 2. The Power of Prayer The devil’s tactics: 1. To stop you from praying. 2. To make you think prayer has no effect. Prayer is how kings win territories – and no king exists without a territory. Don’t enter any territory carelessly; maintain it through consistent prayer. 3. Prayer as Daily Maintenance Many believers only pray when challenges arise, instead of preventing challenges through consistent prayer. Illustration: Paolo Maldini (football defender) said, “If I had to slide tackle, it means I already made a mistake earlier.” Likewise, waiting until crisis comes before praying is like a late tackle. 4. The Danger of Praying Amiss James 4:3 – “Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.” Praying amiss is like turning a real gun into a toy gun—no effect. Causes of Praying Amiss: 1. Wrong Motives – (Jeremiah 17:10) God searches the heart. 2. Unforgiveness – (Matthew 5:23–24) Reconcile first. 3. Bitterness – (Ephesians 4:31; Hebrews 12:15) Root of bitterness hinders. 4. Distractions – (Isaiah 66:8; Micah 4:10) Travailing prayer is focused prayer. 5. The Key Prayer that Ensures Reigning: Speaking in Tongues Acts 2:1–4 – The disciples were transformed after receiving the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. Why Tongues Matter: 1. Doubt-Free Prayer 1 Corinthians 14:2 – You speak mysteries directly to God. The devil cannot understand it, so he cannot plant doubt. 2. Stirs Up Spiritual Gifts Paul: “I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all.” (1 Corinthians 14:18) This stirred his gifting and gave him authority to conquer territories. Proverbs 18:16 – “A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men.” Conclusion Reigning is your inheritance as a believer. Prayer is not optional—it is your kingdom technology for dominion. Avoid praying amiss: check motives, forgive, drop bitterness, stay focused. Engage in speaking in tongues: it is doubt-free, mystery-filled, and stirs up your gift for reigning. A prayerless believer is a powerless believer. A prayerful believer is a reigning believer. Reigning by Holiness: Pst Jeremiah Adolwini (Ghana)

Ministering: Pst Jeremiah Adolwini (Ghana) TOPIC: REIGNING BY HOLINESS Opening Scripture Text: Revelation 4:1–11 KJV: “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” (v.11) MSG: “Worthy, O Master! Yes, our God! Take the glory! the honor! the power! You created it all; it was created because you wanted it.” (v.11) Introduction Every child of God is not called to merely survive, but to reign in life. We are destined to be above and not beneath (Deut. 28:13). The pathway to reigning is not through shortcuts, compromise, or human wisdom—it is by holiness. What is Holiness? Holiness means “set apart” — from the Hebrew word Kadosh: clean, sacred, consecrated. Holiness is living by the sufficiency of God’s grace (2 Cor. 12:9). We don’t reign by righteousness alone, but by righteousness and holiness together (Rom. 5:17). How Holiness Affects Our Reigning in Life 1. Holiness Is Our Nature in Christ (Gal. 5:16) 2. Holiness Gives Us Access to Divine Authority (Luke 10:19) 3. Holiness Positions Us for Divine Favour (Gen. 39:21) 4. Holiness Places Us under Divine Protection (Job 1:8–9) 5. Holiness Unlocks the Blessings of the Kingdom (Isa. 59:1–2; Ps. 1:1–3) How to Reign by Holiness Daily obedience and consecration (Deut. 28:1–2) Work out your salvation with fear and trembling (Phil. 2:12) Allow the Spirit to produce His fruit in you (Gal. 5:22–23) Conclusion Holiness is not perfection, but walking in oneness with the Perfect One. Holiness is not about rules, but about relationship with God. Holiness is not old-fashioned—it is the believer’s uniqueness in Christ (1 Pet. 1:15–16). “Reigning without holiness is impossible. Holiness is the crown of the believer’s authority.” Watch Sermon on YouTube or Listen on Mixlr

Reigning by Faith (Rev. 5:10)

Rev. 5:10 – “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” Introduction God created us to reign. Not reigning means missing His perfect will. He is the eternal God, the King of kings, and He made man to have dominion on earth (Gen. 1:28). 1. Faith in Knowing Who You Are You are not a mistake. You are a king. The devil’s main battle is to confuse your true identity. Eve was deceived in Eden (Gen. 3:1–6). Jesus was tempted in the wilderness (Matt. 4:1–11). If identity is lost, everything else is contaminated. Don’t let your past, society, or people define you. You are who God says you are. 2. Faith in Knowing Who Your God Is Science says nothing moves without a force. Cosmology explains how the universe began but not who caused it. We know the First Mover: God (Heb. 11:3, Gen. 1:1). He is the eternal cause, the unseen force behind all creation. Many worship an “unknown god” (Acts 17:23), but those who know their God shall do exploits (Dan. 11:32). How to Know God The more you know God, the more you discover yourself (Acts 17:28). 3. Faith in His Word God’s Word is His oath. It cannot fail (Heb. 6:18). His promises are unchangeable. Faith requires the Word: “We don’t do anything until God speaks” (Bishop Oyedepo). 4. Living by Faith Faith is the oxygen of a believer. Without it, the devil will defeat you. The just shall live by faith (Hab. 2:4; Rom. 1:17; Gal. 3:11; Heb. 10:38). Faith puts you on the same platform with God (Bishop Abioye). With faith, all things are possible (Luke 18:27; Mark 9:23). The fight of faith begins in the mind, is expressed by the mouth, and perfected by action. Conclusion You were born to reign as a king under God. Know your identity, know your God, hold on to His Word, and live by faith. Faith is the key to reigning on earth. Watch Sermon on YouTube or Listen on Mixlr

Speak Your Way into Victory – Pst Jeremiah Adolwini

Pst Jeremiah Adolwini (Guest Minister from Ghana) Topic: Speak Your Way into Victory Text: Romans 10:8–12 Introduction Confession brings safety. Victory never comes without a fight (contention). Bishop David Oyedepo once said: “Life is a battlefield, not a playground.” The fight you avoid today will confront you tomorrow. What you say determines what follows you. What you say determines what accompanies you. God created the world by words (Hebrews 11:3) and expects us to be co-creators through our words. The Co-Joined Voices In the spiritual realm, two voices are inseparable — they work together for your victory: The heart is the engine room of a believer’s victory (Romans 10:6). We must guard what enters our heart. A voice that speaks from the heart is the voice of faith. Your heart determines what you say, and what you say determines what you see. Even your heart has a voice (1 Samuel 1:17). The mouth is like the steering wheel of a believer’s victory. Why watch your mouth? There is no margin for error in the spirit realm (Ecclesiastes 5:6). Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). If you cannot publicly proclaim your victory, you cannot publicly reclaim your victory. We are already victorious in Christ — our words lay hold of it. Three Things That Happen When You Speak What you say today prepares your tomorrow. Closing Charge Guard your heart. Direct your mouth. Speak your way into the victory already won for you in Christ. Watch Sermon on YouTube or Listen on Mixlr

The Power Of The Tongue PART (2Prov 18:21)

THE POWER OF THE TONGUE – PART 2Text: Proverbs 18:21“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Introduction: Welcome to the Month of August! This is our Month of Reigning, as declared in Revelation 5:10: “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” We are not ordinary people—we are kings and priests by the making of Christ! Our divine assignment is not to merely wait to reign in heaven—our reign is to begin here on earth. Heaven is God’s domain, but the earth He has given to the children of men (Psalm 115:16). How Do Kings Reign? One major way kings reign is through words.A king doesn’t dig ditches with a shovel—he simply gives a command and it is done. Ecclesiastes 8:4 says: “Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?” If you don’t understand the correct use of your tongue, reigning will be far from you. Many believers need to learn how to talk! Not just talk anyhow—but speak with kingdom power and authority. Proverbs 18:21 Revisited “Death and life are in the power of the tongue…” As we shared in Part 1: Death = To Stop Life = To Start So, Proverbs 18:21 can be read this way: “To stop and start things is in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Your words can start or stop things in your life.Your tongue is the steering wheel of your destiny (James 3:2-4). The World Knows This Even unbelievers understand the power of words. No diabolic ritual is complete without incantations—a series of spoken words used as a spell or charm.Words are the backbone of every dark operation. Hear this: The devil has no new tricks. He only perverts the principles of God. If he uses words to enforce evil dominion, how much more should we use our words to enforce godly dominion? Biblical Examples of the Power of the Tongue David never allowed Goliath to have the final say.Don’t let the enemy have the last word in your life.Talk back—with Scripture and faith. The ten spies said what they saw, but Caleb and Joshua said what God said. They received the fruit of God’s Word—the Promised Land. Are you saying what God has said about your life, or are you echoing what you see with your physical eyes? Your tongue gives either God or the devil access into your life. Zacharias doubted the angel’s message. To prevent his words from sabotaging God’s plan, the angel shut his mouth. Your mouth can stop or advance God’s plan for your life. Mary heard the angel’s word and responded with faith-filled agreement: “Be it unto me according to thy word.” Her tongue aligned with God’s purpose. Why did God choose tongues as the first evidence of the Holy Spirit’s presence? Because once the Holy Spirit controls your tongue, He can control your life direction (James 3:4). Final Charge Never forget this: Your words open the door to either God or the devil. Choose your words wisely. You are a king, and where your word is—there is power.Let the reign of your mouth match the reign of your calling. Watch Sermon on YouTube or Listen on Mixlr

The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace

Text: Ephesians 6:15 (KJV)“And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;” Introduction: Beloved in Christ, we are in a spiritual battlefield. The Apostle Paul, in Ephesians 6, instructs us to put on the full armor of God. One piece often overlooked is the shoes. But in a battle, your shoes are essential—they determine your stability, mobility, and readiness. Today, we focus on the “Shoes of the Gospel of Peace.” What does it mean to have our feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace? Let’s explore three dimensions: 1. The Power of the Gospel Romans 1:16 says, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.” The shoes represent the readiness to carry the gospel message wherever we go. In Paul’s time, Roman soldiers wore thick-soled sandals with spikes underneath for grip and movement across rough terrain. Likewise, the gospel gives us a firm foundation—a spiritual grip—that allows us to stand against opposition and advance the Kingdom of God. The Gospel is not just good advice; it is good news—the declaration that Jesus died, was buried, and rose again for our salvation. That truth changes lives, gives hope, and empowers us to move forward in victory. 2. The Peace it Brings Isaiah 52:7 says, “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace.” The gospel is called the gospel of peace for a reason. Through Christ, we now have peace: These gospel shoes are not for causing conflict—they’re for carrying peace. Wherever you go—your home, workplace, school, neighborhood—are you spreading peace or strife? 3. The Preparation it Requires Paul says, “your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel.” Preparation speaks of intentional readiness. You don’t just stumble into spiritual readiness; you put in the work—praying, studying, and equipping yourself to speak and live the gospel. In 1 Peter 3:15, we are told to always be “ready to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you.” A soldier who forgets to put on his shoes will slip, stumble, or be too slow to move. But when your spiritual shoes are on, you can stand your ground, move forward, and step into destiny. Real-Life Application: Conclusion: Beloved, in a world full of chaos, God has called you to walk in peace and carry the gospel. Don’t leave your spiritual shoes behind. Put on the shoes of the gospel of peace daily. With every step you take, you carry hope. With every act of love, you plant seeds. With every word of the gospel, you shake the gates of hell. Let us pray: Heavenly Father, thank You for the gospel of peace. Help us to put on our spiritual shoes daily—to walk in readiness, to share Your truth, and to bring peace to a broken world. Make us bold, make us stable, and make us willing vessels for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Sermon Title: “The Shield of Faith”

Text: Ephesians 6:16 (KJV)“Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.” Introduction:Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, today we gather to reflect on one of the most powerful weapons God has given us—the Shield of Faith. In the spiritual battle we all face daily, faith is not just a belief; it is a defense. It’s our shield—able to protect, deflect, and empower us against the attacks of the enemy. Let us explore three key truths about the Faith Shield: 1. What is the Shield of Faith? In Roman times, a soldier’s shield was large enough to cover the entire body. It wasn’t a small accessory—it was a lifesaving tool. Likewise, the shield of faith is not optional; it is essential for every believer. Faith, according to Hebrews 11:1, is “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faith is complete trust in God—His Word, His promises, and His character—even when circumstances are unclear. Your shield is your belief that God is who He says He is, and He will do what He says He will do. 2. Why Do We Need the Shield of Faith? Paul says in Ephesians 6:16 that we need this shield to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. What are these fiery darts? These are not harmless thoughts. They are weapons meant to destroy our peace, our purpose, and our connection with God. But faith doesn’t just block the darts. It extinguishes them. When the enemy attacks, we respond not with panic, but with trust. We speak God’s Word. We declare His promises. We stand firm in our belief that God is with us and for us. 3. How Do We Use the Shield of Faith? a. By Knowing the Word of God:Romans 10:17 says, “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” You cannot hold up a shield you don’t have. Build your faith by immersing yourself in Scripture. Know what God has promised you. b. By Speaking Faith, Not Fear:Faith must be active. Say it out loud: “I will not fear, for God is with me.” “I am more than a conqueror.” Speak as someone who believes the outcome is already in God’s hands. c. By Trusting in Trials:Faith is not proven on the mountain—it is revealed in the valley. When you choose to trust God in the storm, that’s when your shield shines brightest. Think of David standing before Goliath. He didn’t have physical armor like the others, but he had a shield of faith. He said, “You come to me with sword and spear, but I come to you in the name of the Lord.” (1 Samuel 17:45) Conclusion: Child of God, the enemy will try to intimidate, deceive, and discourage you—but you are not defenseless. Lift up your shield. Walk in faith. Stand on the promises of God. When doubts come—raise your shield. When trials hit—raise your shield. When the enemy whispers lies—raise your shield. For with the shield of faith, you are covered, protected, and victorious. Let us pray: Father, thank You for giving us the shield of faith. Teach us to trust You more each day, to stand on Your Word, and to fight with confidence, knowing that You are with us. Strengthen our faith, Lord, so we may quench every fiery dart and walk boldly into the destiny You’ve prepared for us. In Jesus’ nam e, Amen.
